Welcome Eric Jensen

Teaching with the Brain in Mind published by ASCD may be the most familiar of Eric Jensens numerous publications on brain research and teaching. With classroom teaching experience at the middle school and university levels, presently at San Diego State University, Eric Jensen was co-founder of SuperCamp and has made over 250 media appearances discussing his work in neuroscience and education. Articles on his research have appeared in USA Today, CNN, Wall Street Journal and major education journals. Mr. Jensen is a member of the Society for Neuroscience, The Presidents Club at Salk Institute of Biological Studies, NY Academy of Science, American Psychological Association and International Mind, Brain and Education Society. Eric Jensen is on the Advisory Board for Body, Mind and Child in Barnstead, New Hampshire. He is also co-founder and CEO of Jensen Learning Corporation in San Diego. Eric Jensen is a former teacher with a real love of learning. He blends the science of teaching with the reality of today's instruction.

Mr. Jensen's journal publications are too numerous to list. A very recent one is "A Critical Look at Brain-Based Education" in the February, 2008 edition of Phi Delta Kappan which is substantially focused on brain research and learning.
