Diversity and Inclusion
OAIS supports communication and mutual support among those
in member schools who are committed to nurturing and sustaining
diverse and inclusive communities. A diversity listserv is

inclusion. In collaboration with the Cleveland Council of
Independent Schools and the National
Employment Minority Network, OAIS assists schools
with diversity career fairs.
A brochure on diversity and inclusion for faculty is available
